If you know me well, you know that I’m a huge supporter of women-driven publications. Artemis Journal is such a gem. First published in 1977 by Jeri Rogers, this year’s theme is “Women hold up half the sky.” The material gathered within these pages is both thought-provoking and inspiring. I am happy to be published alongside poets such as Natasha Trethewey, Nikki Giovanni and Lisa Stice. Thank you, Artemis, for including my poem, “Jigsaw & Old Coat.”

❤ I always love when our poems find a home in the same journal or anthology. Isn't this such a gorgeous book?
